This dashboard isn't connected to a Supabase backend yet. Create a project at supabase.com, run the provided supabase-schema.sql, then edit this file and fill in your URL and anon key:

When off, your profile is saved but not visible to anyone. You can toggle this any time.
When off, you're still listed but shown as "not accepting new patients right now."
