Transparent monthly and annual plans for clinicians. Free tier for getting started, paid plans for active practice. Sized by the number of patients in active treatment.
Outcome-oriented
Nasal is built around clinical outcomes. A typical orofacial-habit phase runs 3–4 months — though some patients need longer, and many return for a second course as they progress through orthotropic stages. Tier sizing reflects rolling caseload at any given moment: as some patients graduate, others arrive, often through referral from the families you've already helped. The product's job is to make itself unnecessary, then to be invited back.

Enterprise
For multi-office groups, hospital systems, and training organizations. Custom plans with consolidated billing, institutional invoicing, data processing agreements, and onboarding support. Volume pricing typically €1.50–€2.50 per active patient per month, depending on size and contract length.
Many clinicians charge €10–€20/month per patient for the Nasal subscription, depending on whether it complements other ongoing therapy. Here's what each tier looks like at three patient-pricing points.

Numbers above are after subtracting your monthly subscription cost. Clinicians set their own patient pricing — these are starting points. The €10/patient case shows Solo barely covering itself, which is why most clinicians charge €15+ when Nasal complements ongoing orthodontic or myofunctional therapy. Stripe processing fees on your incoming patient revenue are typically 1.4% + €0.25 per charge in the EU.
Questions
What counts as an "active patient"?
A patient is "active" when their record is in active treatment — they have an enrollment code that lets them sign in to the app. You can deactivate a patient when they graduate, freeing the slot for a new one. There's a 30-day cooldown on reactivating the same patient to prevent gaming the cycle.
How does the Free tier work — what happens at the 4th patient?
The Free tier lets you enroll up to 3 patients total — it's designed for trying Nasal with your first cases, not for sustained practice use. Deactivating a patient on Free does not free the slot. When you go to enroll a 4th, the dashboard shows an upgrade prompt; pick the smallest paid tier that fits and continue. From Solo upward, the patient count is "active at any time" — patients can rotate freely as some graduate and others arrive.
What happens to patient access if I cancel my subscription?
You paid for the period, you get the period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — your patients keep working through that date, then their codes auto-disable. The same applies if you deactivate an individual patient mid-cycle: their access continues to the end of your paid period, then stops. No mid-cycle cliff for patients caught in a clinician's transition.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle, so you keep your current capacity through what you've paid for. If you hit your tier's limit while trying to enroll a new patient, the dashboard shows an upgrade prompt.
Where is patient data stored, and what data do you collect?
Data is hosted in Ireland (EU) under GDPR. We collect the minimum needed to make Nasal work: alias, optional birth year, breathing-percentage metrics, session timestamps. Face tracking runs entirely on the patient's device — video never leaves the phone. No name, no insurance information, no medical record number. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
Can I use Nasal in the US?
Nasal is built for EU/UK/EEA practitioners and operates under GDPR. We don't currently support HIPAA compliance or US state-level healthcare data law, so US clinicians using Nasal do so outside that framework. We plan to address US compliance in a future release. Until then, we don't accept liability for use under non-EU healthcare regulations.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus SEPA direct debit for European clinicians. Billing is handled by Stripe.
Refunds and cancellation?
Cancel anytime from the dashboard. Monthly subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period; annual subscriptions follow our 14-day refund window from the start of each annual cycle. See the full refund policy for details.
Why a 10% annual discount instead of larger?
We'd rather keep cash flow steady and avoid the pressure to retain clinicians whose patients have graduated. Outcome-oriented pricing means the discount has to make financial sense for both sides.
Pricing in EUR. Your card may add a foreign-transaction fee if billed in another currency. VAT added at checkout per your country's rate (Stripe Tax). Nasal operates under EU GDPR. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity. Use outside the EU/UK/EEA is at the user's own risk and not subject to local healthcare data regulations. ZZAD d.o.o., Slovenia.
